EuroMate (euromatelv.com) is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform.

Account data: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Identity documents: Legitimate interest + explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Device/technical data: Legitimate interest - fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Audit logs: Legitimate interest - platform security

You have the following rights under GDPR:

Request correction of inaccurate data.

Request deletion of your data. Note: we may retain certain data for legal compliance (e.g. audit logs for 2 years).

All data is stored within the EU (Supabase EU region, Vercel EU region). No data is transferred outside the EEA.
