By accessing EuroMate you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

EuroMate is an information and coordination platform. We are not a bank, payment institution, or financial service provider. We do not hold, transfer, or process funds on behalf of users.

• You must provide accurate identity information
• You are solely responsible for any financial transactions you conduct with other users
• You must not use the platform for illegal purposes including money laundering or tax evasion
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

Nothing on EuroMate constitutes financial or legal advice. Exchange rates shown are for reference only.

We require identity verification to reduce fraud risk. Providing false documents is a criminal offence. We report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

EuroMate is provided as-is. We are not liable for:

• Financial losses from peer-to-peer transactions
• Actions of other users
• Platform downtime or data loss

Disputes between users are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. EuroMate may assist by providing audit logs but is not an arbitrator.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
